Network Support & Monitoring
Network Support from MLR covers all operating platforms, whether Microsoft, Linux or Apple Mac. We will look after your workstations, servers, routers, switches, mobile communications and remote working. We can work as your IT department, dealing with all network issues that arise or with your own IT department if they need more expert help from time to time.
We pride ourselves on being proactive - we won't just wait for your telephone call telling us there is something wrong. We use remote software to check that all your key services are running on your servers and if there is a problem, we can fix it immediately - you probably won't even know we've been working on your system.
We will also check server capacity, whether or not your daily backup has been successful and on a regular basis we will carry out a test restore from your backup to make sure everything is working correctly.
