Email synchronisation on Blackberry or Microsoft Mobile Phones

MLR can help you synchronise your email as well as your contacts and calendar and even share your own contacts and calendars with co-workers on your Smartphone or Blackberry, furthermore, you don’t even need to have your own Blackberry or Exchange server.

Your Own Server

If you have your own Exchange Server, MLR can set up your Smartphones and other Microsoft Mobile devices to fully synchronise your email, contacts and calendars and even share your folders with other users if you wish to on the move – no need to connect your phone to your PC with a cradle!

If you currently use or want to use Blackberry phones, you will need a separate Blackberry server if you want to facilitate fully sychronised services on the move. Without a separate server you will have to cradle the phone to synchronise the folders. With a Blackberry server you will be able to fully synchronise all folders, wherever you are.

Having your own Blackberry server needn’t be that expensive if you have several users in the organisation and with between 10-15 users you may even qualify for free Blackberry Lite software.

Hosted Exchange and Hosted Blackberry Servers

If you have between 1 and 10 users and you are unlikely to significantly increase this number, a financially efficient way to get fully synchronised email is by using a Hosted Exchange and/or Hosted Blackberry server with MLR.

You can use us as your sole IT Department or complement existing IT staff (interim cover for holidays and sick days as well as assistance with major projects or when things get busy).
